This is what out of control looks like!

I ran out of pages in my red and black notebook and had to start scribbling coaching notes and actions on index cards. This is a recipe for disaster when it comes to typing up the backlog of notes and actions...too hot to think or to keep up with the relentless pace of work. Frazzled. However Red & Black have gifted me some wise words from I Newton on the back page of the full notebook reminding me to Never Give Up and apply myself. Thanks for that Red & Black!!
