Bit of a mishap

2 friends sitting in the garden this afternoon - the others were 'otherwise engaged'
One picked up a mug to drink her tea and the handle came off in her hands resulting in a lap full of hot tea.  Fortunately all was sorted out and the hot sun soon dried her dress out!
Must have had an unseen crack in the handle.
The party broke up eventually after nearly three hours.  How do we find so much to discuss?
