Bear at Wincle

After my success finding my 10,000th geocache yesterday I went out with Paul on our weekly walk in the Peak District. We covered another 11 miles but it was incredibly hard work in the heat especially in such undulating countryside. The scenery was fabulous as usual with some great viewpoints.

The walk started from Wincle and this bear sculpture is similar to the one I blipped on June 9th and was part of Congleton Year of the Bear in 2011.

During the walk we passed Wincle Brewery so when we had finished I returned to the brewery to purchase a few bottles so I could test them out at home.
