Best of the day (Day 1958)

An early start for the woofer wander, then off to Stromness to make a start on a job I looked at before lockdown.
As lunchtime approached, I was in need of some supplies, and with my beautiful wife on a 24 hour shift, I had dogs to walk too. I trundled home in very heavy rain, not looking forward to the prospect of getting soaked while out with the dogs. Typically, as soon as I put on all my waterproofs, the weather brightened up and, instead of rain, I was plagued by midges.
Back to work after a quick lunch, and reasonable progress was made. More of the same tomorrow.
