My big boy

A fairly rare photo of my eldest. He is 14 so going out with mum is not very "sic" (lol is that how they spell it??) J has some mental health issues and we are all having a rough trot at the moment. We have found J an awesome special school this year that only has kids with mental health and behavioral issues. So much better than mainstream schooling for kids who have some problems.
Each day is a battle but we just have to keep going, putting one foot in front of the other. Everyone says that one day it will get better. I hope that day comes before he is 30 lol!!!
We stopped for afternoon tea at Max Brenners after an appointment today. J was rather impressed with the overhead pipes of chocolate!! Maybe wasn't such a good idea to introduce him to here as he will probably expect that now after all our appointments!!! Oh well if that is the case, at least we get to spend some rare mother-son time together
