Home sweet home

Easy getaway this morning and we were on the road by 10. Quick pit stop at Bruar to use the facilities and buy a takeaway hot pie for lunch and we were home by 2.

Van emptied and 3 loads of washing before we booked ourselves into our favourite Indian restaurant for a last meal before we pick our puppy up tomorrow. Very few other diners and we had a lovely meal.

Decided to treat ourselves to an ice cream from Luca’s (an Edinburgh institution based in Musselburgh). A bit of a queue but I loved the social distancing marks and the sign in the window (see extras).

Home to organise everything we need to take with us tomorrow - it’s quite a list!
