Lancaster canal

Moving in day for our daughter.
As with most students, her 2nd year at Uni will be in a town house (not shown in the blip) and what a fantastic property it is too! There's 6 of them sharing their characteristic house (perfect for these Covid-times!) and they each have a really light and spacious room and great communal spaces. The landlady was lovely and welcomed them with a pack of goodies and everything was spotless. So nice to see students being treated well!

We had lunch (scampi & chips) in the sunshine along the canal, as blipped, which was just a short walk away.

It's always sad waving goodbye but exciting too! They are going to be ok and have a great time together, despite Corona Virus!
