ARTS CENTRE (with a little bit of Sepia)

Had a bit of a walk around the arts centre today in a strong gusty Northwesterly - There is still a lot of restoration work going on in the old part so I went for the modern building  I had a friend who was sitting on the toilet during the February Earthquake and she tells quite a tale of the shaking of the building and its glass panels.  Overall the building stood up well and became the Operations HQ for the ongoing Emergency Management..
