Back to work

I went "back to work" today, teaching adult ESL over zoom from my bedroom, since Andrew is working from the living room and the only other room is the nursery. We've hired a nanny for three days a week, and my mom will be helping the other two days, but even though I'm right on the other side of the wall from them, I still miss Sam and Max while I'm teaching! But it felt good to be back in the classroom so to speak, and using my skills again. At last I can drop by for snuggles and kisses during my break times. I can't even imagine leaving them home or taking them to daycare if it were non pandemic times!
