Spectres

Attended the first of a programme of 8 weekly virtual meetings titled "Living with Pain". 2 hours sessions filled me with dread, however the 2 facilitators ran it very well and it was interactive, so looking forward to next weeks. Works well as a group session where others can share their experiences.

On a brighter note my daughter and grandson came over yesterday and there was a big improvement in his walking. He even attempted to walk down the 2 steps into our lounge...as if they weren't there. Confidence way outstripping his ability!
