I had a appointment at the doctors for my B12 injection this morning which I have every 12 weeks so the next one is just before Christmas

Then me and Rocky wounder down the seafront for a cuppa and there was some one there we knew so we were there a couple of hours putting the world to rights

Then back home for a soak in the tub and early night
