Winter is coming!

Some light jiggery-pokery chez nous.... This stove is knocking on a bit and not as efficient as it might be, which we only realised when the new (via the small ads) one was installed in the other room.

We had the brain wave of swapping them over, so that was all done yesterday, along with TheMr doing his Dick VanDyke chimney sweep act.

Do today I black leaded them both and redid the fire cement.... And without a care in the world for my fancy nails (see yesterday!)

Just waiting for a cold snap to light them now!
