My code name

The village cafe nicknamed me ’Sam with the hats’ so it made me giggle when I saw the sign on my reserved lunch table today in the cafe garden. And I was wearing a hat too!

A blissful 40 mins coffee, chat and delicious goats cheese salad with my friend Claire - a brief escape from my desk.

We squeezed in our meet up between busy schedules, dodged a road closure to get there and got stuck behind a tractor enroute home.

It was worth it for the time out no matter how brief and always lovely to see The Bow cafe gang who make the best coffee, yummy food and are always smiling.
