Jam Making

Discovered a little damson tree (at least I think they are damsons?!) in the bottom corner of our garden which we’d never noticed before. The fruit looked so lovely I felt I had to process. I am a jam making amateur but gave it a go. Whether it will set or not is questionable. It took all night to cut the stones out. Even in the minimum wage I am not sure the time invested equals less than the cost of buying equivalent amount of jam in a shop!!
