Hey guys hope your all well, im good lost another 2 lb last night and met a new friend in the process so at least now I have someone to sit with there. More news on my sister Bridie, they sent her for a chest x-ray yesterday and an ECG found a heart flutter what ever that means. More news to come on Thursday. She is very upbeat and not let it affect her at all.
