Back to the dark ages?

Yesterday the wifi in the area was wiped out after a lorry destroyed the cable. I walked 3 miles trying to find a mobile phone signal without any luck.

I had been in the middle of a 2 hour training session on Zoom when everything went off. (Not sorry to miss that)

Fortunately the postie brought me some lovely surprises, including some beautiful handmade cards from blipper Jolang in Australia. Thank you.

A message from BT said they expected to restore the wifi by the 21st, so it was a pleasant surprise to find it back on this morning. It's a bit difficult to work from home without a signal! Playing catch up now.
