Bringing in the Grapes

Vineyards right across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire (they don't do 'descent' wine in Kent I'm told) are beginning to plan for this years harvest. Early signs are that its going to be a good year.

Grapes are all now turning from green to red; they all do. If you want red wine you just steep the grapes for longer so the tannin leaches out.
