Oh What a Beautiful Morning .......

...... warm, sunny and not a cloud in the sky.

Being Thursday it was dog walking this morning. L came along to join us. Fortunately we both arrived while there were still spaces in the car park. Coffee and shared gingerbread in the outside seating of Pollok House cafe fortified us for our walk.

The house was open again today ...... the first time since everything closed in March. Hope there will soon be a steady stream of visitors to the National Trust property.

It was so warm that the dogs just had to put their paws in the river.

Some gardening tidying this afternoon but it was really too hot for anything more strenuous than a bit of cotoneaster pruning.
