Day 177 of COVID-19 UK opening up and partial locking down again!

When repacking my inflatible canoe I notice a one way valve was missing and guessed it must be where I deflated in at Monmouth Rowing Club. It's less than ten minutes away, and on returning I saw it in the middle of the car park....50 yards from the grass where we'd been! 

I parked up to take an aerial photograph of Monmouth town, which shows the castle, town hall, Priory Church, and Georgian row of buildings next to it; plus views of The Kymin which overlooks the town.

On a drive around the surrounding countryside I bumped into a former colleage, Sue, and it was good to have a catch up.
