Had a lovely walk round the edge of Thirlmere and then back along the bottom of Helvellyn. Weather was gorgeous - it normally rains when we come to the lakes! Charley coped fine. Nell loved going for a swim. Had an amble round Keswick. Felt a bit run down. Think a lot of the businesses are struggling due to Covid.

Heard from my sister that we have a date for mums hip replacement already, which is a relief.

Unfortunately have to head home tonight. Going to be a late one. Had a lovely mini break. Batteries recharged and looking forward to seeing the kids in the morning.
