The Ben just after 7pm.

From Caol, apologies for area, but can't stop anywhere else. Had a bad morning, met Daphne, at the Moorings. We had an ice cream,  then strolled along beside the canal in the sunshine. Took me to hers for tea. Had no appetite for a while, managed enough for me. Day ended better than it started!
