Is it a dog?

This blip was taken while canoeing past. The dog caught my attention...it was very still! It is in exactly the same position as a month ago! A nice place to have a table to watch all the river activity quite near Kingston Bridge..it’s adjacent to an old boathouse which is undergoing renovations.
However today despite it being sunny there were very few boats out compared to at the weekends.
