Nice day again today, though noted that the tree in our garden is slowly starting to shed, going to do some serious cropping of it in the next month or so. 
Got a surprise visit from DJ Kev late afternoon, was not going to do a beer Thursday today as had already done a beer Wednesday, but went, very pleasant it was too. DJ Kev has sold his house, which was good news & has another lined up, equally good news, hopefully it will all pan out well.
