What is this? Please

I have lots of this growing in my 'garden' - must be a weed as I never planted it. It could be something from the wild bird seed, although that is marketed as 'no grow seed'; I also feed niger seed but I think that shoots little ground cover plants - this is about 2ft (30cm) high. Very pretty anyway !
