Y Viva Espana

The local tapas bar has just came under new management, so we thought we would give it a bash at lunchtime. Vast improvement since we were last there, although I did smile when asked if we had a reservation, we were the only customers in the place over lunch (see extra), social-distancing masterclass.

My album of the day is "Hermitage" the new release from Canadian singer/songwriter Ron Sexsmith. Just like his other fifteen albums, he makes it look easy and that's what I like. Catchy songs with plenty of hooks and lyrical twists, it sounds almost effortless. Best listened to late at night with a glass of red and the lights turned down.
