Smudges

Had my rearranged osteopath appointment this afternoon. I parked quite a way from the surgery so I got a walk. I also didn't want to go into the car park and touch doors etc with my sore hands. This bar building has been derelict for years. I like the tree coming out of the top and in the gutters. . On the way home I did my food shopping, very good. I did wear gloves today because of my sore hands. I do have a few bruises but they are not too bad.
