Scammonden Stanza Stone

This Stanza Stone at Scammonden, which stands at the end of the car park overlooking the M62,  is the seventh of its kind and is part of a poetry trail across West Yorkshire created by local poet Simon Armitage. Some lovely quotes are displayed but I particularly like 'Spring Will Come Again'.   Another beautiful sunny day but there was a very strong fresh breeze up there.
