The giant diving water beetle

It’s two years today since Grandad died, on nans birthday too - I was with him and think of him everyday

Was very tired today trying to work on research papers - should have been working on my teaching notes - mum came over at 4.30 pm and we went for a lovely walk to honiley church and talked a lot about Grandad

Our pond has attracted giant diving water beetles, the minx painted one on a stone for me to put by the pond - we’ve had three so far, two now dead one still very much alive
