The Seafood Shack
This is where we go for our seafood fix. They do a takeaway for €20 per person, which includes oysters (6), langoustines, prawns, whelks, shrimps and crab (either claws only or half an entire crab). They also have multiple options to eat in. The tables are plastic, the dishes are polystyrene, and the wine is local. They offer what they have caught that day and it is amazing. Mrs SoL (aka Frenchtoast) has blipped her parents in front of the platter we bought. I had not yet opened the oysters when she snapped it. The Tour de France whizzed past them on the road less than 100 metres away this year. There are times I am reminded how much I love this part of rural France. Extra pic is of the oyster and fishing boats in the harbour at high tide.
