Friday

In a week of taking just one day at a time, Friday was a welcome arrival. And full of activity - the tree men arrived with their digger to remove all the big spreading all over the garden things. I now have a blank canvas to make look all pretty though apparently I need a good supply of round up to sort out any stragglers.

And in the easiest thing all week, I sold Daisy’s car to a very nice lady who texted me when she got home to tell me what a lovely car it was. Happily I could give a some of the pile of cash she gave me directly to the tree man so it felt it was a bit like for free.

Wild swim in the true sense of the word with Kate then off on the train to meet Krissie and Claire. Very nice catch up, first time in 2020. And befitting my advancing years, will be home by 10. They are my younger friends and enjoyed laughing at me.
