In which my patience is sorely tested

A good few years ago I subscribed to the Doctor Who Adventures magazine for PP. It took about 2 minutes on the Internet.

In the intervening years I have thrown about 5 tonnes of 'free' plastic Daleks, Cyberman pencil boxes and Doctor slime away. Now PP cuts out the middle man by simply dumping the £18.50 per quarter magazine in the bin without reading it or opening the wrapper.

It took 5 emails and 4 separate phone calls and being on hold for 27 minutes to finally unsubscribe. They are going to refund £15.40. By cheque. Within 28 days.

Never subscribe. Ever.
