Is the colour of today
Blue skies outside and I’m blue indoors
Day 3 post surgery and the swelling has begun in earnest and blowing up like Violet Beauregard by the second. Lost the sensation in my fingers one by one through the night. My feet look like choux buns.
:( Already 15lbs worth ( yes, the geek in me wanted to measure) of pneumatic fluid since Wednesday. It’s quite a process how the body responds and reassured it’s normal but I no like it.

Nothing but for it other than to eat as much iron as possible, drink water by the gallon and sleep it out. Day 10 is normally the peak... only seven days to go.
