Signs of Autumn's Approach

Judging by the weather forecast today was the best day to work in the garden. I did manage an hour pulling up those pesky geraniums which have seeded themselves all over the back garden. Don't misunderstand me I like true geraniums but these are thugs with small pink flowers and are getting everywhere.

I noticed the leaves of the Darmera Peltata beginning to turn red. A sure sign that autumn is on its way. When we get frost these large leaves will curl up and become a dry and crispy brown - another blip opportunity.
