View across the village bridge

So good to see the sun at this time of the year when the days are becoming noticeably shorter. 
A fairly quiet day, planning planting and menus for next week's shopping list!
A lovely walk round the village with Reg. I met a friend from the village,  also out for a walk and stopped for a chat.....probably against the latest  rules, but living remotely where we do we both thought the rules to be ridiculous and feel at some point we have to get on with our lives, just being sensible. 
My new Skechers and slippers arrived this afternoon. I'm very pleased with both.
Leftover quiche made for an easy dinner.
Lovely lazy day.
