I Wasn’t Having A Nana Nap At All!

After Sushi had his Saturday morning swim at the local sports centre and while Mr Kit was at golf, we headed up to the Designer Outlet Centre in York. Sushi was in need of some trainers to further pursue his new found sportiness! He has renewed his sports centre membership and plans to start some classes next week. It wasn’t too busy with very few queues outside the shops and we quickly got what we came for (and a few extras too!) and still had time for tea and cake!

I had noticed that one of my recently bought houseplants wasn’t doing very well and Sushi’s version of the same plant bought at the same time was also looking very poorly. When I looked closely, they were both covered in tiny black flies. They were kept in different rooms so we knew they had been in the plants when we bought them! Even though we didn’t have a receipt we decided to take them back to the garden centre and see what they said. When we got there, the whole display was looking a bit ‘under the weather’. They were really good about it and were happy to exchange for different, healthy plants.

Grumpy Cat Paddy came to join me as I was having a relax in the late afternoon sunshine, not having a nana nap on the sofa at all ;)
