The calm before the storm

The geese arrived en masse and the swan parent on the water turned and bossed them all away, with aggression and superior strength.

I was so enthralled, I forgot to take another picture. One year, all the baby geese were killed by the parent swans.

Work was a bit of a storm as well. So this is the calm before the storm twice over.
