I’ve recently started a Sunday morning ritual of planning out the following week on my Google Calendar, printing it and pinning it on my office wall. It’s been such a help in managing my anxiety. I feel so much calmer and clear headed going into a new week when I know what I’m doing and when I’m doing it. Even if I don’t follow the plans exactly - having it there makes me feel more in control. There’s not much white space on next weeks calendar! I’m learning to find ways to help myself and I’ve found keeping organised, as well as regular exercise and eating properly have had the biggest positive impact.
