BIg Day Out.....Again!

Have had another big day out and am ready for a few days off ;o) Unfortunately thats not going to happen!

Julian had his first band concert for the year and it was a big affair. He was tickled pink to be getting back into it again. We met up early at the hotel where the concert was being held and had a big lunch while we were waiting to go in. Then spent a good two hours of hearing the other bands that were performing before him with him saying every time...are we on next?! Lol.  When his time finally came he initially forgot the words to the first song but eventually pulled it together and it was all good in the end.  

A good day was had by all and we finished up heading into the city afterwards for a hot chocolate and a nice cake as it was freeeeezing cold and raining again!

We walked through Yagan Square and spotted a  huge swan made out of plastic drink bottles, it was quite lovely!  Just as  I was taking this shot the heavens opened and we all had to run for cover!!

Home now, rugged up and enjoying a bit of a relax ahhhhhh!
