Autumnal

After two warm sunny days it was much more autumnal this morning.  I decided that after my exertions in the garden yesterday I needed a walk to stretch aching limbs so we headed out along Bothlin Burn.   Saw a heron on the burn but I had the wrong lens with me as usual.

These rosehips were a stunning colour and attracted my attention.
