This Is 35

Today's birthday was, all things considered, a lot better than I was anticipating at this time last week. Though Rich is still in hospital, he was told he was allowed out for a few hours so Kie very kindly gave Pam and I a lift (Sarah made her own way) and we got to spend a couple of hours walking around and chatting with him. It was pretty darn windy but I'll take a mad mane of hair in return for spending some quality time on my birthday with my boo. I've had cake, seen Rich, seen other people, got my new glasses and had a fun night of tot, Middleditch & Schwartz and music. Overall, not perfect, but pretty darn nice considering the circumstances.
