A gardening day

What a glorious day! The garden is looking a lot tidier now, though still a lot to do. Andrew has spent most of the day clearing paths and pulling out ivy, I spend a couple of hours gently hoeing, edging and pulling out ivy.

We also got to made use of our new bench on our rest breaks. 

There were a few insects buzzing around, but the only one that stayed around long enough after I took my camera out was this fly. Though I suppose if I had brought my lunch out, the wasps would have appeared...
