INCOMPETENCE

Oh dear - today I decided to fix a squeaky wee leak in the tap of the kitchen sink - it's been bugging me for weeks now & not getting any better...

So I turned the water off & took the offender to pieces & got rid of all the famous Brussels chalk residue - putting it back together was a right nightmare - never imagined how complicated a modern tap could be?

A great deal of bad language was required to get it reinstated only to find it was 100 times worse...

Ho hum - have to call in the cavalry :o(
