Launch problems

The IT launch that Martin is involved with was all going well yesterday - some aspects were even ahead of the planned timings.  However, at 5pm this evening (at the 11th hour) something's gone wrong and Martin has told Ben and I that we'll have to make our own tea.

That's serious!
