Fungi at Howe Ridding

A final butterfly transect at Howe Ridding on a long sunny afternoon. Only a few speckled woods to count, and a few interesting fungi.
We went on to Tony and Heather, the new car did not like the narrow lane at all and kept beeping alarmingly! They were baling their own hay in an amazing hay press that Tony had made. Heather gave me damsons and pears so I will spend tomorrow preserving them!
