Pitchers

Yoga on the sunny decking this morning, which is lined with these magnificent pitcher plants in pots. Then after a leisurely breakfast a gentle bike ride to Loch Achilty to meet a friend for a big swim (big for me anyway - see extra for route). I got quite chilled despite my wetsuit (admittedly no arms) and decided to walk the last section back on the road.
