MOVING TIME (Mono Monday)

This sculpture is said to represent 'moving time' - Time itself is old but the sculpture is quite new - I think meeting the criteria for the Mono Monday theme for the week of "old or new"
Its very cleverly constructed and stands outside the Christchurch Polytech
