havent made any like this since last Easter

Gave blood earlier..always a LONG process as they book appointments for every 5 minutes..
so in an hour they are meant to see 12 people.. (and there were poss 10 blood taking chairs )
it took me 15 minutes to give blood*as my arm was reluctant to let them have the blood*
So HOW are they ever to see 12 people in 60 minutes? ridiculous!
Anyway~ they do a grand job BUT they need to sort the LONG waiting periods out!
