So the diet is going well

Mr Limey has kind of given up on the daily Joe Wicks workouts because they gave him a load of acne. He would shower immediately afterwards, but it didn't seem to make much difference. Now he can balance plates on his tummy again  which we both agree that's not good (even though my coffee walnut cake was brilliant as usual :)) By that I mean the Royal We, as in me.
