Caught on his way to get his daily wine fix. I'm glad to see him wearing a mask.  He's making faces as although he agrees to a photo he feels very self conscious.


I've woken a  couple of morning feeling very sad. Autumn equinox tomorrow and I'm very aware of us moving into the dark up this end. I've got proactive asking folk to speak with me. Bev acknowledged she's feeling similar, we'll walk together this afternoon. My mood lifts fast if I can generate contact.
