However in answer to Alexei Sayle's question, indeed I have! And, as you can see, it is very shiny indeed.

In fact, I've had it for over a week now but my very generous and talented neighbour has detailed it giving it 'the full works' using all kinds of special products and that's as you see it here on their drive ready for me to squirrel it away in my garage never to use for fear of getting it dirty. And/or being seen with it dirty after all the hard work that's been lavished on it.
